I. Deposits *

Client’s session will be deemed a no show, 30 minutes after the scheduled start time with no communication from the client. All sessions are tentatively booked until a deposit is received and can be rescheduled until payment is confirmed. Deposits are non refundable. All sessions begin at the scheduled time.

II. Bulk Hour Projects & Payment Plans *

Billing dates will be stipulated in a separate document and the Client will not be exempt from the terms of this agreement. Bulk Hour Projects are billed at a reduced rate due to the predictability of scheduling and payments. A service fee of $50 will be charged for any balance not paid within 48 Hrs of the due date. A recurring fee of $25 will be added to the balance each week from the date of original service fee until paid in full. Bulk Hour Projects are based on an hourly estimate of your project. Unused hours may be applied toward future work. 100% of the Client's hours must be used within 60 days of final billing date, unless otherwise stipulated.

III. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy *

If you wish to change your appointment time or length please do not cancel your session but call us and arrange the schedule change ahead of time. Rescheduling less than 24 hours in advance will result in the loss of 50% of the Client's booked time. In the event of cancellation of this project, ownership of all copyrights and the original work shall be retained by Hink Creations, and a cancellation fee for work completed, and expenses already incurred, shall be paid by the Client. Cancellation will result in the loss of a discounted rate on all hours. Cancellation fee is 100% of the hours already completed for the project at the time of cancellation.

IV. Project Re-Start Fee *

If Hink Creations is unable to communicate (written or verbal) with the client for a period of 14 days or more we will deem the project in “stand-by” status. In order to resume work on the project, the client will owe a re-start fee of no less than $150 or 25% of the project total (whichever is greater) and will be rescheduled according to Hink Creations’ availability. Re-start fees will be added to the project total.

V. File Management & Credit *

Client is required to keep all files associated with their project at the conclusion of the session or project. Full payment is required to receive files. Hink Creations is not responsible for keeping any client files upon completion of sessions/projects. Hink Creations is entitled to use of all project materials for self promotion purposes or to enter into any contest. No modifications, changes or alternatives may be made to projects or any part thereof, directly or indirectly, without Hink Creations' prior written consent.

Client agrees to include a credit to Hink Creations in connection with the work, in any and all forms. Client will furnish Hink Creations with two copies of the work upon publication.

VI. Miscellaneous Fees *

There are various fees associated with the production process and it is a good idea to be aware of that ahead of time. Client will be notified of any additional fees prior to being charged. All returned checks will be charged a fee of $25. Studio musicians are an added fee if the service is required. Their fees may vary on a musician-by-musician basis; terms and conditions may apply. Printing costs will be determined based on project variables (quantities, colors, paper stock, etc.) Equipment Rentals (mics, lenses, amps, etc.) are an added fee if required.

VII. Terms & Conditions *

Studio/Project time is subsequently billed in 1/2-hour increments. Hink Creations will not release any media, CD’s or other finished products until payment in full is received. Backups, transfers and cd/dvd burning are done on studio time at the hourly rate. Hink Creations reserves the right to reschedule any session at any time.
